Data Analysis around Customer and Customer Agent's Interaction, providing different metrics, which helps in improving performance of agents. Exploring new challenges like ANGULAR JS, Shell Scripting, Predictive Data Models, Druid, which are distributed data store for handling OLAP Queries, Pentaho tool for data integration (ETL).

2 Year of Experience at SAP Labs India Pvt. Ltd. as a Java Developer.  Project : SAP Hana Cloud Integration(HCI) SAP’s end-to-end process integration solution on the cloud which offers processing, transformation and routing of messages between systems in a diverse landscape. I work on the infrastructure team, providing clusters of management and worker virtual machines for message processing while ensuring tenant isolation.  Skills Acquired: Core Java, Software Design and Development, Best Coding Practices, Good Debugging Skills, database basics, Teamwork.  POC, Design and Development of HttpClient for REST calls leveraging Java HttpURLConnection.  Worked on ActiveMQ for communication between two machines, Task Framework for running repeating and non-repeating tasks, robust deployment of bundles onto OSGI Runtime and more.  Worked on: Maven framework, OSGI framework Achievement: Early Talent of the Year Award 2015
